Our company once again innovates, providing a solution for DQ500 clutches. A seemingly small but critically important upgrade for high-RPM racing applications with significant axial pressures is our custom-designed bronze bearing.

Advantages of Bronze Bearings

The stock bearing, made of plastic for cost efficiency, has several shortcomings under extreme conditions:

• Heat resistance: Plastic deforms and deteriorates under high temperatures and RPMs.
• Axial pressure: Plastic bearings create gaps between the flywheels of K1 and K2, leading to resonance issues.
• Durability: Plastic is prone to polymerization and structural failure over time.

In contrast, bronze bearings offer:

1. Superior stiffness and hardness: Withstanding higher pressures without deformation.
2. Anti-friction properties: Ensuring smoother operation under extreme loads and RPMs.
